You cannot change a word of it
The person who built it is long gone, and nobody knows the login.
You have run a good business for years. The website has not kept up. We rebuild it properly, in days, not months, for a fixed price you know before we start.
No jargon. No monthly lock-in. You own everything at the end.
Straight up: we only build websites. We are not an agency, we do not run your ads, and we will not sell you a monthly retainer you do not need.
We fix the site, hand you the keys, and get out of your way.
I run my own business here on the coast, so I know what it is like being sold something you did not ask for by someone half your age.
— Josh, the bloke who builds them
Chapter one
If two or more of these are true, your website is costing you work you never hear about.
The person who built it is long gone, and nobody knows the login.
Dead pages, a contact form that quietly stopped emailing you months ago.
Competitors turn up first, and now the AI assistants do not mention you either.
Which is where nearly every single customer is looking at it.
The deal
Most people get burned by scope, not by price. So here is the whole scope, written down before you spend anything.
Case file 001
A Gold Coast healing practice in Bilinga. Dated site, no prices anywhere, booking links that logged every website booking as an Instagram one, and a menu item that had said “coming soon” since 2019.
How it runs
Two minutes on the form below. What you do, where your site is now, and what is bugging you about it.
If we are not the right fit we say so, and point you at someone who is. If we are, you get a fixed price in writing.
You approve it before it goes live. Then it is yours, in your accounts, with a video showing you how to run it.

Most refreshes land around $2,000 to $3,000. Bigger jobs get quoted on what they actually involve. Either way you get the number in writing before any work starts, and it does not move.
Optional extras
Only offered to people we are already building a site for. If your logo is a stretched JPEG someone made in 2009, we can sort that at the same time and you get one invoice instead of two.
Your existing logo rebuilt properly, or a new one if it is beyond saving. Delivered in every file format you will ever be asked for.
Your colours, fonts and logo rules written down, so the next person you hire gets it right without ringing you.
Business cards, signage, vehicle decals. Set up correctly so the printer does not send it back.
The logo, the guide and the print files, done together as one job.
We did exactly this for the practice in the case file above — 71 logo files across three layouts and three colourways, plus the brand guide. Quoted alongside your website so you get one invoice, not two.
Before you ask
Short answers, because you have a business to run.
Most sites go live within two weeks of you sending your content across. The building is the fast part. Waiting on photos and wording is what usually holds a job up.
No. Wherever possible we rebuild on the setup you already have and pay for, so there is no new bill and nothing to transfer.
Yes. Your email is separate from your website, and we check it is working before and after the switch. We have never dropped one.
You do, completely. Everything is built in accounts registered in your name, including the domain. If you never speak to us again, nothing stops working.
Yes. Prices, photos, opening hours and reviews are all editable without touching code, and you get a short plain-English video showing you how.
Not to us. You pay once, we build it, you own it. You will still pay your own hosting and domain the way you already do, usually a few hundred dollars a year.
The application
Eight short questions, about two minutes. We only take on a handful of builds a week so we are picky about fit, and you will hear back from Josh personally within one business day, either way.
